John Buchmiller Attorney at Law

John R. Buchmiller, Esq. grew up in Freeburg, IL and attended law school at Western Michigan University, formerly known as Thomas M. Cooley Law School. After law school, he started a family law practice in downtown Chicago, which quickly expanded into a National family law practice with branches in Chicago, St. Louis, Las Vegas, Houston, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale. With the success of the National practice came several buyers wanting to purchase his firm, and he ultimately sold the practice to a competing firm based in the South.

After the sale, John and his fiance decided to move to Belleville, IL to raise a family. At that time, John opened another family law practice, Buchmiller Family Law, to help people in the surrounding area with family law issues. John is excited to be back in the area and is looking forward to representing clients that have family law issues in St. Clair, Madison and the surrounding counties.
